Female Rapper Aynjewl Faycc Attempts To Talk To The Industry Through Her New Release “Get This Dream”

For this track, “Get This Dream”, she actually drove 29 hours in two days to Texas because she realized she was in love with southern rap. You can see buildings in Houston behind her as she performs across the street from Wreckshop Records on 2020 Texas Street.

Faycc states, “Y’all playin’ games; tryna get at me” in her new track “Get This Dream”. When she was interviewed on the subject, reporters probed at how the industry was playing games with her. The rapper responded, “Basically the industry is a game. I mean, it’s politics.”

In her song she is telling the industry to send her connections and put her in magazines to help her be successful. Faycc realizes that no matter how successful you can be as in independent artist, there comes a point where a single body can’t meet all the demands of their fans alone.

It is her hope to work with a label or PR company at some point with an agreement that allows her to continue producing her own releases on the side independently. Even though Faycc’s main goal is to be a musical artist/rapper, it is interesting to know that she is willing to act in appropriate films to be more present in the media.

Within Faycc’s list on schooling/degrees, she did complete her acting certificate with Barbizon and the Independent Artist Program at Musicians Institute both in Hollywood, CA . This was on her first trip to try and make her name known.

Faycc flew out to Los Angeles at age 18 right after high school to attend the Fashion Institute of Merchandising and design and make connections. A few years later in 2010 she released “Passion To Pursue” about her ambition.
